Power Platform Architect - Hands-On Fixer

Role Overview :

We are looking for a hands-on Power Platform Solution Architect with 10 - 18 years of overall experience and strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform.

This role is specifically for an architect who can identify technical issues, troubleshoot root causes, and fix them independently. The ideal candidate should remain deeply hands-on with Power Platform development, architecture, ALM, CI/CD, performance tuning, and production troubleshooting.

This is not a pure architecture or people-management role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise Power Platform solutions.

- Work hands-on with Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate.

- Identify and resolve complex Power Platform technical issues independently.

- Troubleshoot delegation issues, application performance, Dataverse performance, Power Automate failures, dependencies, and deployment issues.

- Design and maintain Power Platform ALM and CI/CD pipelines.

- Build, troubleshoot, and fix Azure DevOps pipelines for Power Platform deployments.

- Work hands-on with Power Platform Build Tools and PAC CLI.

- Diagnose production issues and implement permanent technical fixes.

- Review existing solutions and identify architectural, performance, deployment, and maintainability gaps.

- Provide technical guidance while continuing to contribute directly to development and troubleshooting.

- Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical challenges.

Must-Have Skills :

- 10 - 18 years of overall IT/software development experience.

- 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate.

- Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture and solution design.

- Hands-on experience building and troubleshooting Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong experience with Azure DevOps, Power Platform Build Tools, PAC CLI, solution-based deployments, environment management, and dependencies.

- Strong troubleshooting skills in delegation, Canvas App performance, Dataverse performance, Power Automate/Flow failures, solution dependencies, deployment failures, and production issues.

Hands-On Requirement :

The candidate should currently be approximately 70 - 80% hands-on and must be able to demonstrate recent personal contribution in Power Apps development, Dataverse development/configuration, Power Automate, ALM, Azure DevOps CI/CD, production troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Recent Hands-On Experience :

Candidates should have personally built or worked extensively on Power Platform solutions within the last 12 months, including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, CI/CD, and ALM.

Key Hiring Criteria :

Hands-on Power Platform + Architecture + ALM/CI-CD + Troubleshooting/Fixing.

The successful candidate should be an experienced architect who is still actively coding, troubleshooting, deploying, optimizing, and fixing Power Platform solutions.
