·         Providing technical support to customer support departments

·         Installing software applications onto computer hardware

·         Plan and arrange for training sessions for new users

·         Plan for recurring application training for existing users.

·         Investigating system issues and technical issues

·         Recommending solutions to technical problems

·         Conducting root cause analysis

·         Troubleshoot software problems

·         Resolving open issues

·         Employee On boarding and Off boarding process

·         Optimizing software using various programming languages

·         Collaborating with internal teams

·         Maintaining a good understanding of industry standards

·         Reporting on applications issues
