Overview
At Magna, backed by Trend Micro and Wistron, we are building the data engine at the core of the V3 platform - the piece our own architecture team calls "the biggest piece" of the whole build.
As our platform grows to support agentic workflows, simulation, and knowledge management across products, the systems that govern, segregate, and structure that data become the foundation everything else depends on.
We are looking for a Data Engineer who can build data infrastructure that is both fast to iterate on and safe to trust.
This is not a reporting or analytics role. We are looking for someone who can design pipelines, enforce data governance, and build the knowledge-graph and wikification systems that power agentic products.

What You'll Do
Design and build the ELT pipelines, data models, and storage that underpin our core platform.
Implement data segregation, access control, and governance policies across multi-tenant workloads.
Build the wikification and knowledge-graph framework that structures unstructured data for agentic use.
Build the data pipelines that feed simulation and the agentic twin.
Use AI to accelerate pipeline development, data modeling, and debugging.
Work closely with Backend, AI/LLM, and Security engineers to expose governed, well-modeled data safely.

Who We're Looking For
Core Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related fields.
Strong English communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to reason about data governance and multi-tenant data isolation.
Comfort owning a system others build directly on top of.

Technical Requirements
Experience building ELT/ETL pipelines in production.
Experience with data modeling, data warehouses, or data lakes.
Proficiency in Python or SQL; familiarity with a data pipeline framework (Airflow, dbt, Spark, or similar).
Experience with data governance, access control, or data segregation.
Understanding of knowledge graphs or graph databases.

Experience with wikis, knowledge bases, or knowledge-graph construction.
Experience supporting AI/LLM or agentic systems with data pipelines.
Experience with simulation data or digital-twin systems.
Experience in enterprise software or cybersecurity products.
