TrendAI™ Vision One, a cutting-edge cyber defense platform leveraging TrendAI™ Security framework to protect enterprise ecosystems.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Staff Backend engineer to drive the architecture, development and evolution of TrendAI™ Vision One Credit and Licensing System.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based product licensing systems using Go, Python and C#.

• Build and optimize systems to handle large volumes of data efficiently and securely.

• Large-Scale System Refactoring: Evaluate legacy architecture and execute strategic system refactoring and consolidating the unnecessary modules to significantly improve performance, maintainability, modularity, and scalability.

• Manage and optimize SQL databases, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.

• Performance Tuning & Reliability: Optimize database queries, caching strategies, and system processing pipelines for high-concurrency and large-scale data workflows. Lead troubleshooting for complex production incidents.

• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies to enhance the product and maintain its competitive edge.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the system operates at the highest level of reliability.

• Team Mentorship & AI-Native Workflow: Mentor junior and senior engineers to foster continuous technical growth. Champion the integration of modern AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex) and agentic developer workflows to elevate team velocity and code quality.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a tech lead or staff engineer capacity leading engineering initiatives and mentoring engineers.

• Core Tech Stack: Proficiency in Go, Python and C# programming languages, and solid knowledge on SQL database design/ performance tunning.

• Cloud knowledge : Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.

• Engineering Practices: Deep commitment to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (Unit, Integration, TDD), observability (APM, distributed tracing), and clean code culture.

• Passion on Continuous Learning: A passion for continuous learning and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and domains.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
