About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic sales leader to build and scale our enterprise sales business across Germany. You’ll lead an existing team through growth, manage our most important accounts, and drive revenue expansion in a market that’s core to our strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role-you’ll be closing deals and developing your team, not just managing from the sidelines.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and scale the sales team, setting strategy, targets, and culture. You’ll build the team to match our growth ambitions, hire strong talent, and create a place people want to work.
- Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts. Own the relationships with our largest and most complex deals. You’ll be in the room closing business, not just overseeing it.
- Set regional strategy aligned with our global business. You’ll work with leadership to shape how we go to market in DACH, adapt our approach to local dynamics, and hold the team accountable to results.
What We’re Looking For:
- You’ve led a sales team through growth and know how to hire, coach, and retain strong people. You’re comfortable with hands-on leadership-you close deals yourself and you help your team do the same.
- You have a track record closing enterprise deals with complex sales cycles. - - You understand stakeholder management, navigating procurement, and closing strategic accounts.
- You know the DACH market or European SaaS sales environment. You understand the buying dynamics, the cultural nuances, and what it takes to build credibility with enterprise prospects in this region.
- You’re entrepreneurial and adaptable. You can shape strategy, move quickly, and keep your team energized through growth and change.
