Marketing Services Procurement Professionals

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic and operational procurement across services, technical purchasing and marketing categories. You will lead RFI/RFP/RFQ and e-tender processes, drive supplier selection, and identify cost optimization opportunities through effective spend and budget management. You will leverage digital procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba and Oracle, while monitoring supplier performance, market trends, and sustainability opportunities. You will work closely with business, finance, and contract management teams to streamline procurement processes and finalize commercial agreements in line with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Manage strategic and operational procurement processes across services, technical purchasing and marketing categories
• Experienced in ERP and procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba and Oracle; actively involved in digital procurement processes such as collecting quotations online, e-tendering, and similar activities,
• Conduct RFI/RFP/RFQ or online tender processes and lead supplier selection with relevant business stakeholders,
• Follow market trends, supplier performance, and innovation in the marketing services ecosystem,
• Try to enrich supplier pool to create supplier diversity and sustainability
• Ensure cost optimization by adhering to the purchasing budget and creating value to decrease OPEX,
• Carry out procurement activities in accordance with company procedures and quality standards,
• Collaborate closely with the PoC (Point of Contact), OCM (Operations & Contract Management) and SPD ( System & Process Development) teams and finance teams to streamline the process,
• Track spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support budget optimization efforts,
• Work closely with OCM team to finalize contracts by providing information about commercial terms aligned with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Qualities We're Looking for

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, etc.)
• Preferably a minimum of 3 years of purchasing experience, especially in production,event and marketing categories.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with advanced negotiation ability,
• Strong planning and organizational skills,
• Detail-oriented with strong reporting and analytical capabilities,
• Proficient in verbal and written English,
• Team player with the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
