We are looking for a Sales Operations & Analytics Intern to join our growing Marketing Team in Turkey!

Responsibilities
Support the Sales team with daily operational and administrative activities to improve field sales efficiency.
Assist Field Sales Agents with recurring data preparation and administrative tasks, enabling them to focus on customer engagement and field activities.
Support CRM and data quality activities, including data cleaning, segmentation, tagging, and maintaining accurate customer and activity records.
Analyze sales data, customer activity, and platform usage through Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM systems, and support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly sales, activation, and churn reports.
Conduct analytical research on target industries, potential customer segments, and market dynamics to provide actionable data and insights to the Sales team.
Support ad-hoc sales analysis, reporting, and strategic or operational projects as required.
Coordinate with Sales team members to ensure data and reporting requests are completed accurately and on time.
When required, support limited customer communication for corporate onboarding, follow-up, or informational purposes based on identified business needs.
Qualifications
3rd/4th-year student majoring in Quantitative/Analytical disciplines (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Engineering, or related STEM fields).
Strong interest in Sales Operations, data analysis, CRM, and commercial processes.
Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for working with data and numbers.
Good command of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, filters, pivot tables, and working with large datasets.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in data.
Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage recurring tasks accurately.
Proactive, responsible, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
