Customer Success Manager - Spanish Speaking (Maternity Leave Cover - 7 months contract)

As a Customer Success Manager, you make that real for your portfolio: you help customers get measurable value from our AI-powered platform and turn strong adoption into retention, growth, and genuine advocacy. It is a role where customer impact and commercial results meet.
We are looking for an Interim Customer Success Manager (Spanish-speaking) to join our Customer Success team on a temporary basis. This is a 7-month maternity leave cover, starting on December 1st 2026, for 24-32 hours per week.

What your role looks like
You'll hit the ground running - getting up to speed on your accounts and establishing a clear health baseline within your first weeks. From there, you'll move quickly into owning your retention and expansion targets and becoming the product expert your customers turn to.
Own a portfolio of customers and deliver on clear targets for retention, adoption, and expansion.
Drive AI adoption at scale, helping customers activate AI Agent, AI Journeys, and automation for measurable impact.
Spot and close expansion opportunities independently, from extra seats and conversations to implementing new use-cases, channels and plan upgrades.
Turn usage data and health signals into sharp business reviews and next steps that keep customers growing.
Partner with Onboarding, Solution Consultancy, and Product to set customers up for success and help shape the roadmap.
What you’ll bring
We’d love to meet you if you:
have at least 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a customer-facing SaaS role;
are results-driven and comfortable owning targets: you track your numbers, know what moves them, and take ownership of hitting them;
have a genuine curiosity for AI and can hold a confident, practical conversation with customers about how AI tools work;
use data to prioritise, reading health scores, usage, and engagement signals and acting on them;
are fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken (required for our core market).
