Job Description
The Market Data Operations Team Lead will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional market data services. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, mentor team members, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
The Market Data Operations Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of Market Data Analysts and ensuring the accurate and efficient management of market data for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Market Data Analysts.
- Oversee the maintenance of market data inventory for multiple clients.
- Manage market data invoice processing and reconciliation.
- Build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and SLAs.
- Contribute to process improvement and standardization initiatives.
- Create and maintain client-specific documentation.
- Support strategic projects within the Managed Services team.
Qualifications and Experience
- 10+ years of experience in market data management, market data operations or a related field.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
