Role Overview :
As an SAP Project Manager, you will be at the helm of driving successful SAP implementations and upgrades for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, business analysts, and client stakeholders, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' business processes, enabling them to achieve their strategic goals through optimized SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business requirements and strategic goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, to guide project execution and ensure successful outcomes.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and control costs, ensuring projects are delivered within approved financial parameters.
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure optimal performance and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions, proactively mitigating risks and ensuring timely resolution of challenges.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly, maintaining transparency and fostering strong relationships.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices, promoting consistency and quality across all projects.
- Oversee the integration of SAP modules, such as FICO, SD, and MM, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and training, ensuring end-users are proficient in using the new SAP solutions.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex SAP implementation projects, delivering successful outcomes within defined timelines and budgets.
- Proven expertise in SAP modules, including FICO, SD, MM, and SAP HANA, with a deep understanding of business processes and best practices.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling, with a PMP certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business audiences.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in risk management, issue resolution, and change management.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
- Adaptability to work on-site in Bhubaneshwar, collaborating closely with project teams and clients.
- 10 to 20 years of relevant experience.
