Client Implementation Manager

What you would do

• Manage client projects from planning through launch and closure
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk trackers
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Support to keep everything on track
• Be the client’s main point of contact - give regular updates to clients and leadership
• Run kickoff meetings, progress check-ins, and post-launch reviews; build strong relationships with client teams
• Guide clients through technical setup - API integrations, system configuration, user access.
• Support client testing (UAT): prepare test plans, track bugs, confirm results before launch, hand off documentation to Support
• Keep clear records - project plans, reports, meeting notes, decisions, sign-offs - for audits

You Have

• 1-2 years in implementation, project management, or client delivery - ideally in fintech, banking, or payments
• Knowledge of REST APIs and technical onboarding is a plus
• Strong written and spoken English, able to talk to both technical teams and executives
• Well organized, able to juggle multiple projects
• Good at solving problems and finding root causes
• Detail-oriented, especially with documentation and compliance
• Team player, comfortable working across departments
• Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of quality, documentation, and compliance.
• Collaborative and able to work effectively across different teams and functions.
• Curious about technology and interested in how financial services platforms, integrations, and digital products work.
• Motivated by ownership and accountability, taking pride in seeing projects through from concept to successful delivery.
