KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strong expertise in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React,
Nodes).

Build scalable web applications,
SPAs, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.

Experience with AWS, Linux servers, Cl/CD, deployment, and server management.

Advanced WordPress development and database optimization.

Knowledge of payment gateways, authentication, technical SEO, and cloud platforms.

Experience with Al/LLM integrations and automation workflows.

Write clean, secure, maintainable code and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack
Developer with 5 - 7+ years of professional experience who has a strong foundation in software engineering and can _ build scalable, high-performance applications from the ground up. This role is for an experienced engineer, not someone who relies solely on Al-generated code or prompt engineering. We value developers who understand architecture, write clean and semantic code, solve problems independently, and use Al as a tool to enhance productivity rather than replace technical knowledge.

REQUIREMENTS

5-7+ years of professional software development experience.

Strong understanding of system architecture, databases, and backend/frontend development

Ability to build, debug, and optimize applications independently.

Strong problem-solving Skills and:
ability to mentor other developers.

Uses Al tools effectively while maintaining strong coding fundamentals.

Location: Remote - Sri Lanka / Remote
