Internship Marketing Intern

Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Intern for a 6-month placement to support our social media and marketing activities. You will help create engaging content, share company updates, and showcase our workplace culture across social media platforms. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms where applicable.
• Corporate Branding: Create content featuring company achievements, project milestones, business activities, and announcements to strengthen the company’s professional image.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging visuals, captions, and short-form videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or other editing tools. Collaborate with colleagues to capture team activities, company events, and employee experiences that showcase the workplace culture. 
• Social Media Engagement: Monitor audience interactions and explore social media trends and creative ideas to improve engagement and online visibility.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and HR teams to support lead generation, business development initiatives, talent attraction campaigns, and employer branding through relevant marketing content and materials.
• Administrative & Other Marketing Support: Assist with administrative tasks, marketing materials, and other marketing-related activities as needed to support the team’s initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Currently pursuing or a recent graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Business, or a related field.
• Creative, proactive, and interested in social media and content creation.
• Proficient with social media platforms; basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Organized, adaptable, and open to exploring new trends and sharing ideas.
• Able to commit to a full-time, 6-month internship.
