Program Manager, Clinical Services
Position Purpose:
The Program Manager MCMG Clinical Services - Primary Care supports the planning, execution, and operationalization of medical group programs and initiatives. This role partners with day-to-day operational leaders to implement growth, access, and efficiency initiatives, ensuring programs are delivered effectively and transition into sustainable operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or related field. Project Management coursework preferred
- License / Certification: None required
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience supporting healthcare operations, programs or projects
- Experience in medical group or ambulatory care environment preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously
- Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to influence outcomes through coordination and execution
