What will be your mission?
Manage audiovisual integration projects while acting as a trusted partner for key clients, ensuring successful project delivery, long-term customer satisfaction, and the identification of new business opportunities within existing accounts.
What will you do?
Manage and coordinate AV integration projects from planning through execution and handover.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and long-term relationships.
Understand client needs and requirements, ensuring they are properly communicated to internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate project logistics, installation partners, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, timelines and milestones, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
Manage incidents, requests and project changes while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Prepare quotations, project proposals and documentation using company tools and systems.
Identify opportunities for additional services, upgrades or future projects within existing customer accounts.
Support business growth by maintaining regular communication with clients and ensuring a high level of service.

Ensure quality standards, project profitability and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
What we're looking for
Proven experience in Project Management, Account Management, or a combination of both within the AV, technical integration or technology industry.
Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and identify business opportunities.
Excellent organizational, planning and communication skills.
Experience coordinating suppliers, installers and multidisciplinary teams.
Understanding of audiovisual systems, integration projects or technical environments is highly desirable.
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
Independent, proactive and solution-oriented approach to work.
