The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to lead and improve Trócaire’s governance and policy-management arrangements. Working across the organisation, you will take practical ownership of key processes and help ensure they are clear, proportionate and effective.

Requirements
Role Requirements
The role requires significant relevant experience in corporate governance, company secretarial support, Board or Committee administration, policy management, or a comparable accountability-focused environment. You will need experience coordinating governance processes, records, actions and recurring deadlines, together with strong drafting, organisation, judgement and stakeholder-management skills. A Chartered Governance Institute qualification, part-qualification or comparable professional development is required, along with a relevant qualification or equivalent professional experience. Experience in a charity, NGO, public-interest or regulated organisation is desirable.
