Role Overview :
As a Graphic Designer at True Credits, you will be responsible for shaping the visual identity of our digital products and marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the product, marketing, and growth teams to translate complex financial concepts into intuitive, engaging visual narratives. Your work will directly influence how our users perceive our brand, impacting user acquisition, engagement, and the overall clarity of our financial communication across various digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality visual assets for digital marketing campaigns to drive user engagement and brand recall.
- Design intuitive user interface elements and marketing collateral that simplify complex financial data for our end users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure all visual communication aligns with the company's brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
- Iterate on design assets based on performance data and user feedback to optimize conversion rates across our digital platforms.
- Maintain a consistent visual language across social media, email marketing, and in-app communications to build trust and professional credibility.
Required Skillset :
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma for digital prototyping.
- Demonstrated ability to translate abstract financial concepts into clean, minimalist, and effective visual designs.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design choices and incorporate feedback from non-design stakeholders effectively.
- A keen eye for typography, color theory, and layout composition, with a portfolio showcasing a professional and modern aesthetic.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related creative field, complemented by a strong understanding of digital-first design principles.
