About the Role
Join a team building AI tools for engineering design and simulation of physical systems. You will help develop an agent-driven product, shipping features quickly and taking ownership from early concepts through production.
What You'll Do
Work with a frontend engineer to improve the product interface and accelerate releases.
Take on increasingly backend-focused full stack work across product features, infrastructure, and systems.
Own features end to end, including architecture, deployment, and reliability.
Establish and promote effective practices for AI-assisted development across the team.
Collaborate with forward-deployed engineers and AI researchers to prototype and improve product ideas for industrial customers.
What We're Looking For
Typically 3 to 10 years of software or full stack engineering experience.
Strong backend skills, solid mid-level frontend capabilities, and experience with React, TypeScript, and .NET.
Hands-on experience using AI coding agents and the judgment to debug and refine their output.
Experience taking products or major features from concept to production, ideally in a startup environment with shifting priorities.
Ability to own architecture, deployment, and reliability with limited oversight.
Interest in physical systems, engineering design, CAD, or simulation, and experience beyond computer vision, robotics, or self-driving domains.
Based in the United States or Canada and authorized to work there without sponsorship.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $200,000 to $275,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
