Game Product Manager

Trueplay is a Loyalty Booster Suite that enables iGaming brands to build lasting customer relationships based on trust and mutual benefit. It features three programs that ensure player interactions with gambling platforms are exciting right from the start.

We offer solutions on three epic levels:

• Acquisition and engagement - CopyStake introduces users to an iGaming website, allowing them to bet alongside their favorite streamers.

• Retention - the Play to Earn and Hold to Earn loyalty programs keep player engagement high by guaranteeing rakeback and distributing a share of the platform’s revenue.

• Brand equity - the tokenization of loyalty points helps transform users’ affinity for a brand into a personal interest in its financial success. In Trueplay’s take on Web3 loyalty, players feel like casino stakeholders.

We are looking for a Game Product Manager / Game Designer to help us develop and scale CopyStake - a social gaming product for iGaming.

We need someone who can design new game and gamification mechanics that increase player engagement, retention, and monetization, and take them from idea to implementation.

Mandatory: 3+ years of experience in Game Design / Game Product Management / Product Ownership, with hands-on experience creating game mechanics, gamification, player engagement, or retention features in iGaming, social casino, F2P, or casual/mobile games.

It is important for us that you have:

• Strong understanding of game mechanics, player engagement, retention, rewards, and monetization.

• Experience taking ideas from concept → requirements → development → launch → analysis.

• Experience with gamification, LiveOps, tournaments, challenges, progression, loyalty, or reward systems.

• Product mindset and ability to work with metrics, hypotheses, and A/B testing.

• Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and Analytics teams.

• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and Product Backlog management.

• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher.

You will be responsible for:

• Designing new game and gamification mechanics for CopyStake.

• Developing tournaments, challenges, missions, rewards, progression, social mechanics, and other engagement features.

• Turning game concepts into clear product requirements and working closely with the development team.

• Analyzing player behavior and product metrics to measure the impact of new mechanics and improve them.

• Balancing player experience, engagement, and business value.

• Working with Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Analytics, and Business teams.

• Managing and prioritizing the relevant Product Backlog and driving features from idea to release.
