Responsibilities

  • Source IT candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
  • Screen candidates based on the job requirements.
  • Conduct initial candidate discussions.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain candidate details and recruitment trackers.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and the HR team.
  • Achieve recruitment targets within timelines.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
  • Good knowledge of IT skills and technical roles.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Naukri/LinkedIn sourcing.
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
