The Change Delivery Project Manager leads end-to-end delivery of medium to large projects, with full accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Provides strong cross-functional leadership and influence to execute on projects, while ensuring adherence to established protocols. This teammate possesses advanced knowledge of project management discipline and is a key contributor to the line of business/Enterprise success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversee and manage scope, schedule and budget for assigned projects during each phase of the initiative life cycle: including intake, planning, business readiness, and execution.

2. Demonstrate impactful cross-functional leadership of internal and external resources to effectively deliver project management, business analysis, stakeholder communications, and value realization required to achieve defined requirements, objectives, and business outcomes.

3. Engage with various partners, including Risk partners, to ensure project review, oversight, and mitigation plans are in accordance with enterprise standards.

4. Develop and maintain project materials and artifacts, ensuring documentation reflects the appropriate level of accuracy and traceability across all phases, stage gate reviews, and stakeholder meetings.

5. Build and sustain relationships with key leaders to drive alignment, coordination, and support for delivery plans across assigned projects.

6. Serve as an individual contributor with ownership of medium to large projects and have indirect leadership of junior level internal and external resources, directing their day-to-day project activities and reviewing their work including providing project-related performance reviews to their direct leader.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of experience in increasing complex project management, strategy, business management, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience

2. Advanced level understanding of project management framework and demonstrated ability to implement large scale initiatives and ability to bring clarity to ambiguous assignment

3. Excellent organizational, meeting management, interpersonal, communication, facilitation/ executive presentation, and negotiation skills

4. Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships and execute medium to large scale initiatives across all lines of business

5. Critical-thinking skills and sophisticated analytical; ability to break down large, complex technical and business problems or questions, in a matrixed environment, into sub-components and develop comprehensive and cohesive recommendations, with supporting data/rationale

6. Results-oriented and demonstrated ability to work under difficult time constraints and required delivery dates

7. Working knowledge of business matters, finance, planning, and forecasting

8. Knowledge in software development/technology delivery lifecycle in an enterprise environment

Preferred Qualifications:

1. 10 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

2. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Process Improvement Professional (e.g. Six Sigma) Certifications

3. Banking or financial services experience

4. Experience leading and delivering initiatives using Agile methodologies

5. Technology delivery experience, including partnership with technology teams to drive implementation of complex business and technology solutions

6. Experience with customer loyalty & rewards or benefits programs, including program design, delivery, and performance measurement

7. Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present complex information to senior leadership

8. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, including project planning, dependency management, resource forecasting, and portfolio reporting
