Description
This isn’t a traditional CSM seat. You’ll own a significant portion of our portfolio of media accounts, and you’ll run it with data, automation and AI rather than a full inbox. Your job is to know what’s happening across every account in real time, spot what’s moving revenue up or down, and act on it before anyone asks.
You’ll also scale the systems behind the work. As the portfolio grows, your processes grow with it. You’ll work closely with Ad Ops, Product, BD, Marketing and leadership, and you’ll be the person who turns account data into clear recommendations for company growth priorities.

You’re curious about the numbers and the business behind them. You’re a strategic thinker who’s also very hands-on: you set the plan and you do the work. You’re always learning, picking up new skills and new tools as you go. You know your accounts inside out, down to every detail of what’s happening and why.
What you’ll do
- Serve as the primary contact for a large portion of our publishers abroad.
- Own your portfolio end to end: health, growth, retention and revenue.
- Advise publishers as their technical CSM: drive product adoption, optimize placements, and recommend features and best practices from our publisher suite.
- Spot trends and risks early, find the root cause, and bring a fix or an opportunity to the right team.
- Forecast expected churn and growth across your portfolio, and flag it to management early.
- Use the AI tools our teams already work with (Claude, agents, automations) to analyze data, prepare account insights and cut manual work.
- Feed what you learn from accounts back into Product and BD, so the business sees what the field sees.
What you bring
- 3+ years in adtech, with account management or customer success experience on the publisher or supply side.
- A mind for technology: we’ll teach you our technologies and databases. Our product is highly technical, and you’ll translate it into clear, simple guidance our publishers can act on.
- Strong analytical skills: you’re comfortable working through data and naturally curious about what’s behind the numbers.
- Hands-on AI experience: you’ve built prompts, workflows, automations or agents that actually run in your day-to-day work.
- A high level of autonomy: you’ll take full ownership of your portfolio and make key decisions that drive customer outcomes.
- A team player approach: you’ll work with some of our most strategic growth customers, so close alignment with other teams is key.
- Native or fluent in both English and Hebrew.
