Role Overview

• You’ll build the frontend experiences that power Atria’s core product workflows, turning complex advertising logic, AI capabilities, and product intent into clear, intuitive, and scalable user experiences.

• This is not a traditional front-end role focused only on implementation. We’re looking for someone who can deeply understand user needs, business logic, and product goals; drive features from rough intent to polished product outcomes, ship systems and workflows that improve product quality, user experience, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and own high-quality frontend experiences for Atria’s core product workflows

• Translate ambiguous product intent, complex business logic, and AI capabilities into clear interaction models and implementation plans

• Drive end-to-end delivery from requirement clarification and solution design to implementation, launch, and iteration

• Use AI-native development workflows to accelerate iteration and explore more effective ways of building product

• Operate with high ownership in a small team and independently push through complex, ambiguous problems

Qualifications

• Strong frontend engineering skills and the ability to independently deliver complex product features

• Strong ability to understand complex business logic and turn it into intuitive product and UX solutions

• Strong product sense: not just executing tickets, but identifying problems, filling in gaps, and helping drive decisions

• Good taste in interaction and product experience; able to create thoughtful and usable interfaces even without fully specified designs

• Clear communication skills and the ability to articulate both technical and product reasoning

• Comfortable using English for technical collaboration and documentation

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS, AI products, data-heavy products, adtech/martech, or complex internal tools

• Experience building core workflows or product modules from 0 to 1

• Familiarity with advertising, landing pages, creative testing, marketing workflows, or related business domains

• Background as a design engineer, independent developer, or hybrid full-stack/product builder
