Product Manager - Accounting

Jeeves is looking for a Product Manager who understands accounting to drive our Accounting & Finance Automation work. You'll build products that accountants, controllers, and finance teams use to manage corporate spend across 20+ countries - automating manual workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and connecting Jeeves to the ERP and accounting systems our customers rely on.

Location: This role is remote or hybrid based out of São Paulo, Brazil, and is a full-time remote position where it is also possible to come into our office at complexo JK Iguatemi on a flexible schedule. #LI-HYBRID

What you will do:

• Ship improvements to the accounting user experience: spend data management, reconciliation, compliance, and audit trails
• Identify and validate AI automation opportunities - prototype solutions, know when AI fits vs. when deterministic rules are required
• Drive integration work with ERP and accounting platforms (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Run customer discovery with controllers and CFOs; turn findings into clear specs engineering can build

What we're looking for:

• Product Manager with financial systems experience - 3+ years of B2B SaaS/fintech PM experience building products that integrate with ERP or accounting platforms
• Working knowledge of GAAP/IFRS
• Strong analytical skills (SQL, data analysis)
• Hands-on comfort prototyping with AI tools, and excellent written communication.
• LatAm accounting and compliance knowledge is a big plus.
