Обязанности:

  • Информационная поддержка пользователей по вопросам работы с ИТ оборудованием и программами
  • Обслуживание ИТ оборудования
  • Внедрение, настройка и сопровождение ИТ систем
  • Обеспечение бесперебойной работы ИТ оборудования и программного обеспечения
  • Восстановление работоспособности ИТ оборудования и программного обеспечения в случае их нештатной работы или выхода из строя

Требования:

  • Высшее образование в области ИТ или смежных областях
  • Опыт по аналогичной должности от 3 лет
  • Знание модели OSI
  • Знание устройства ПК
  • Навыки администрирования домена - развертка и сопровождение AD служб
  • Навыки администрирования сетевого оборудования (D-Link, Zixel, Ubiquiti)
  • Опыт работы с системами видеонаблюдения и СКУД
  • Практический опыт администрирования серверов под управлением Windows Server, Linux
  • Опыт работы с платформами контейнеризации (Docker) - администрирование, развертка приложений и подготовка образов
  • Практический опыт автоматизации собственной деятельности с помощью скриптовых языков программирования (PS, bash)
  • Опыт работы с системами регистрации инцидентов (Jira SM)
  • Опыт прокладки СКС
  • Коммуникабельность
  • Проактивность, интерес к новым технологиям
  • Знание английского языка на уровне чтения технической документации
Условия:

  • График работы: 5/2 с 08:00 до 17:00 или с 09:00 до 18:00
