Junior Product Operations Engineer (m/f/d)
From a new product release to software updates, technical documentation and product changes, many things need to come together to keep a product successful throughout its lifecycle.
As our Product Operations Engineer (m/f/d), you will coordinate these moving parts across teams and turn technical information into reliable processes, accurate product data and clear customer communication. You don’t need to be an electronics expert from day one. What matters is your technical curiosity, structured mindset and motivation to take ownership.
Your Tasks
- Drive operational workflows to enable fast execution of product releases and product changes throughout the series production and maintenance phase
- Responsible for consistent SAP product data including article creation, change of article status and maintenance of SAP attributes
- Create and maintain customer-facing product documentation, such as datasheets, product information and flyers
- Distribute new product software releases to the web-based customer platform
- Collaborate across departments including Supply Chain, Development, Sales, Sales Back Office and Quality Management to ensure smooth product maintenance throughout the lifecycle
Your Profile
- Educational background in a technical, business or product-related field, such as Product Management, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
- Technical curiosity and willingness to learn about software and electronic products; previous electronics experience is a plus, but not a must
- Ability to aggregate and present information and data in structured and customer-oriented documents and reports
- Pro-active personality with a service-oriented attitude
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
- Very good command in English, good command in German

We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade ("Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe") and we offer a minimum salary of € 50,000 gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
