About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and technically proficient Product Solutions Consultant to drive product demonstrations, solution consulting, and pre-sales engagements for our AI products, Testily and VoXgent. In this role, you will be the bridge between prospects, the sales team, and the product organization. You will understand customer business challenges, demonstrate product capabilities, manage post-demo follow-ups, support Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and help convert opportunities into successful customer engagements. This role requires excellent communication skills, business acumen, product expertise, and the ability to present complex technical concepts simply and compellingly.

Key Responsibilities

Product Demonstrations

• Conduct engaging, customized product demonstrations for Testily and VoXgent.
• Tailor demonstrations based on customer industry, use cases, and business objectives.
• Showcase AI capabilities, integrations, automation workflows, and enterprise features.
• Deliver both virtual and onsite product presentations.

Discovery & Solution Consulting

• Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer requirements, business processes, and pain points.
• Recommend product capabilities and solution approaches aligned with customer needs.
• Translate technical functionality into clear business value.

Sales Support

• Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Assist in opportunity qualification and solution positioning.
• Support RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and customer presentations.
• Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and executive presentations.

Post-Demo Follow-up

• Ensure timely follow-up after every demonstration.
• Address customer questions and coordinate with Product and Engineering teams where needed.
• Track action items and maintain momentum throughout the sales cycle.
• Schedule and coordinate follow-up meetings, workshops, and PoCs.

Proof of Concept (PoC)

• Coordinate PoC planning and execution.
• Configure product demonstrations for customer-specific scenarios.
• Monitor PoC success criteria and provide regular updates.
• Ensure successful completion of PoCs leading to commercial discussions.

Product Expertise

• Develop deep expertise in Testily and VoXgent features, AI capabilities, integrations, and product roadmap.
• Stay current with competitor offerings and industry trends.
• Provide actionable customer feedback to Product Management.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build trusted relationships with prospects and enterprise stakeholders.
• Act as the product advisor during evaluation cycles.
• Ensure a professional and consultative customer experience.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
• Contribute to demo environments, knowledge repositories, and product collateral.
• Participate in product launches, webinars, customer events, and industry conferences.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Product Consulting, or Sales Engineering.
• Experience demonstrating SaaS, AI, CRM, QA Automation, or Enterprise Software products.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to understand customer business challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings when required.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of AI and Generative AI concepts.
• Knowledge of software testing, QA automation, and SDLC.
• Familiarity with contact center platforms, conversational AI, and enterprise integrations.
• Exposure to APIs, REST services, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics, or other enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
