You receive and look after our German and international guests
You carry out check-in and check-out processes
You process reservations and enquiries
You support the organisation of events and functions
You ensure smooth operations at the reception desk
You work closely with other departments
ABOUT YOU
You have commercial training and/or experience at the reception desk of a hotel
You are quality and service orientated
You have above-average commitment and resilience
You have knowledge of a hotel reservation system
You enjoy dealing with guests
