ABOUT THE JOB
- You take care of the calculation and posting of wages and salaries
- You also enter the data and assign the documents for financial accounting
- Your flexibility and organisational skills make you the right hand of the administrative management
- You not only work behind the scenes, but are also very close to the guests by responding to their needs and maintaining good contact with them
- As a host and team player, you also support other departments, e.g. in welcoming and saying goodbye to our guests and many other activities
ABOUT YOU
- Apprenticeship as a hotel management assistant or study for a degree in hotel management
- Ideally experience in the commercial administration of a hotel
- Good language skills in German and English
- Enjoy dealing with guests
