We’re looking for a hands-on, energetic Shift Supervisor to join a pouch manufacturing operation in Gauteng. This is your chance to take charge of the production floor, lead from the front and make sure every shift delivers on safety, quality, efficiency and output.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification in mechanical/electrical engineering
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Within the pouch making industry
- Strong technical and product knowledge: stand up pouches, doypacks, heat seal packs etc.
