Role: Executive Assistant to Domain GMs

Location: Remote - Brazil or Colombia

Experience Level: 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience

Work Model: Remote | Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT)

The Role

You will provide executive, administrative, and operational support to Domain GMs within Turing’s R&D organization.

Your primary responsibility will be managing complex calendars and coordinating priorities across multiple executives, teams, and time zones. You will also support meeting preparation, communications, expenses, travel coordination, and other evolving administrative needs.

You will operate as part of a coordinated Executive Assistant team, not in isolation. You will align closely with the EA to the CTO, collaborate with other EAs, and provide backup support when executive coverage is needed elsewhere.

The Impact You’ll Make

Create clarity around executive priorities

You will manage the calendars and competing priorities of Domain GMs across multiple time zones, teams, and stakeholders. Your judgment will help determine what receives attention, when decisions happen, and how leaders protect time for their highest-impact work.

• Own complex scheduling and resolve conflicts based on business priorities.

• Protect focus time while ensuring critical meetings and relationships receive appropriate attention.

• Anticipate scheduling issues, maintain visibility into commitments, and track important follow-ups.

• Coordinate agendas, meeting logistics, materials, notes, and routine communications.

• Help leaders remain prepared, organized, and focused as priorities evolve.

Build a reliable operating rhythm

You will help create the structure around the Domain GMs’ work so meetings are purposeful, decisions are well-supported, and follow-through is consistent.

• Support recurring leadership cadences, operating reviews, and cross-functional meetings.

• Prepare and distribute relevant documents and information.

• Coordinate expense reporting, travel support, and other administrative workflows.

• Establish organized, dependable systems that reduce friction for leaders and their teams.

• Take on additional executive support and administrative responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Strengthen the broader Executive Assistant team

You will be part of a coordinated Executive Assistant team supporting Turing’s R&D leadership. This means partnering closely with the EA to the CTO, collaborating with other EAs, and providing thoughtful backup coverage when needed.

• Keep scheduling aligned across the R&D leadership team.

• Coordinate with other EAs on shared priorities and executive coverage.

• Step in to support other executives when an EA is unavailable.

• Handle sensitive information with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.

• Contribute to a team culture built on responsiveness, trust, and shared accountability.

What Great Looks Like

Within your first several months, you will have created reliable calendar systems for Domain GMs, reduced scheduling friction, and built strong relationships with the leaders and teams you support.

You will become a trusted partner who anticipates needs, protects executive focus, and helps the R&D leadership team operate with greater clarity and consistency.

The Anti-Sell

This is not a narrow, single-executive support role.

You will support our Domain GMs in a fast-moving, globally distributed organization where priorities and processes will evolve.

The executives you support primarily work 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Pacific Time, so you’ll need to be available during those hours to provide consistent, real-time support.

If you thrive in complexity, collaborate well as part of an EA team, and are comfortable adapting as priorities change, this role may be for you.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of executive support experience: You have supported senior leaders in complex, fast-moving environments and are comfortable managing multiple calendars, time zones, and competing priorities.

• Strong judgment and organization: You can distinguish urgency from importance, make thoughtful scheduling decisions, anticipate needs, and handle confidential information with discretion.

• Collaborative execution: You have experience working with other EAs, providing backup coverage, and coordinating across teams. You are professionally fluent in written and spoken English and proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and related tools. Candidates must be based in Brazil or Colombia.
