Contracts Manager

- Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts (preferably Yellow, Red books) and their practical application.
- Proven experience in claims preparation, negotiation, and resolution.
- Should be able to drive Change management processes
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to handle complex correspondence
- Understanding of site related construction issues, maintain correspondence with concerned parties and ability to provide timely advice to the Client
- Ability to work with project stakeholders to drive issues to closure
Understanding of tendering and procurement cycle including compiling the contractual documents
B.E. Electrical/Mechanical/Civil
Industrial, commercial building experience
NICMAR / equivalent would be an added advantage
