- Review and analyze existing MSP schedules. This will include evaluating schedule health, Identifying gaps, flagging risks, and performing critical path analysis.
- Develop and maintain detailed primavera P6 schedules for the remaining works and ensure alignment with client's construction leadership team.
- Monitor progress and periodically update schedules to reflect actual status.
- Develop schedule reports, communicate schedule risks, and work with the construction team to mitigate any potential delays.
- Create and maintain schedule key performance indicators.
- Lead schedule meetings with the Contractors and client construction teams.
- Assist client’s Director of scheduling in creating schedule specifications and procedures.
- Review Time Impact Analysis and provide feedback to the construction team and general contractors.
- 12+ years of construction scheduling experience with at least 3+ years Data Center experience.
- Advanced knowledge in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to effectively multi-task similar activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to interfere and effectively communicate with cross functional project stakeholders.
- English communication is a must
- Advanced verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience in forensic planning/delay analysis.
- PSP certification is preferred.
