  • Responsible for supporting the Capital Projects Team in successful delivery (time, budget & quality) of projects assigned across the APAC region.
  • Reporting to the Key Account Manager, Capital Projects.
  • Following the client’s project management standards, governance models and project execution framework.
  • Manage and oversee both external and internal project teams, ensuring coordination and technical alignment throughout all project phases.
  • Lead and drive external project managers to execute technical and cost management of projects from inception through completion.
  • Appropriate stakeholder management including developing and maintain effective working relationships with business stakeholders, facilities management teams, consultants, contractors and other business functions.
  • Requirements and deliverables are scoped and understood, estimated accurately, resources secured with delivery plans aligned, resulting in efficient and timely delivery. Ensure all projects are aligned with business requirements.
  • Develop business cases (end-to-end) to outline scenario options and support executive-level decision-making using financial and non-financial information.
  • Monitor project cost forecasts, cash flow and budget performance, ensuring timely reporting and corrective actions where required.
  • Actively track each aspect of project performance against schedules, budgets, quality, project risks and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Identify and manage risks and issues that could threaten project delivery, recommending and implementing appropriate mitigation measures to overcome delays, technical challenges and cost overruns while ensuring compliance with regulatory, security and corporate requirements.
  • Producing project documentation, including management plans, project execution plans, reports, registers, meeting minutes and other project deliverables in accordance with client standards and procedures.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are implemented, monitored and reported to cultivate a strong safety culture throughout project execution.
  • Manage procurement activities including preparation of RFP/RFQ documentation, consultant and contractor evaluation, bid assessment and recommendation for award.
  • Support in construction contracts, including variation management, payment certification, change control, claims and close-out activities.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary design reviews and ensure technical compliance, constructability and value engineering are incorporated into project delivery.
  • Drive governance through regular project reviews, steering committee updates and executive reporting.
  • Minimum 8 years of project management experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing projects.
  • Experience managing regional and global capital projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams across different countries.
