  • Lead stakeholder engagement activities and maintain strong relationships with clients, government authorities, utility providers, consultants, contractors, and project partners.
  • Monitor project progress against established milestones, KPIs, budgets, and schedules, implementing corrective actions as required.
  • Coordinate design reviews, procurement activities, construction interfaces, and project handover processes.
  • Manage project documentation, contracts, compliance requirements, and reporting obligations.
  • Oversee contractor and consultant performance, including contract administration, variations, claims, and commercial matters.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports, dashboards, and presentations to clients and senior management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7+ years of project management experience, preferably within infrastructure, transportation, utilities, aviation, rail, energy, water, or urban development projects.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering projects through the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through construction and handover.
  • Proven experience managing consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling, cost management, risk management, and reporting.
  • Experience in contract administration and commercial management.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder and client relationship management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
