You are an expert MAC Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environment
Job Description
MAC Project Manager - Deliverable Role/Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver all MAC activities within an assigned portfolio
- Process large furniture reconfigurations, large AV and largeproject move requests
- Ensure data accuracy within move management and OP systems
- Provide updated floor plans to OP to maintain occupancy information
- Ensure compliance with all key performance indicators
- Proactively manage project-related issues on account or assignment.
- Coordinate and participate in planning meetings with the client, Occupancy Planning and other key stakeholders, Facility Manager, Project Manager and Construction Manager; as required
- Prepare/update project status reports, review invoices and ensure timely payment, update tracking reports and maintain files for due diligence and financials.
- Prepare various RFP’s & level for vendor and contractor services for the complete project.
- Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner
- Incorporation of “best practices” into all projects
- Ensure MAC processes are managed in accordance with the client’s and T&T’s policies and procedures
- Manage supporting suppliers (technology, telephony, furniture, etc.)
- Evaluate vendors to ensure compliance with the standards of performance
- Ensure all project initiation, execution and closeout documentation are complete
- Directly responsible for enhancing and maintaining existing client relationships and by developing new relationships.
- Functions as a subject matter expert for a specific product or service. Able to communicate all available products and service offerings of the Firm.
- Comply with all T&T policies and procedures, including but not limited to time & expenses, ethics and business practice
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in assisting or supervising construction
Commercial or retail fit out experience is required
A recognized university degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Architecture or a relevant subject
PMP certification is highly desirable
Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Project or P6.
Strong with numbers, technology, and web-based data platforms.

The base salary range for this full-time role is $75,000 - $120,000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
