- Take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery
- Project Management for MEP activities
- To ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective Project management service
- Must have worked on Refurbishment projects for office fitouts projects
- Ensures timely and accurate reporting and quality deliverables are issued to clients
- Track all MEPF activities at project and report to client for on time delivery
- Coordination with contractors and vendors for quality and on time management
- Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
- Leading MEP vertical for Refurbishment Projects.
- MEPF project Managements
- B.E. / BTech (Mechanical / Electrical)
- NICMAR / equivalent would be an added advantage
- 10 - 15 years’ experience
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
