We are seeking an experienced Project Risk Manager to join our organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a strategic role designed for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 8 years of specialized experience in risk management within the real estate sector and project management environment. Conduct thorough risk assessments across real estate portfolios, development projects, and operational activities.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies aligned with project requirements and timelines.
- Prepare detailed risk reports and documentation for stakeholder review and board presentations
- Establish and maintain risk management frameworks, controls, and procedures to minimize organizational exposure
- Conduct risk workshops, training and awareness programs to promote a risk-conscious culture throughout the organization
- Review contracts and agreements to identify potential risks and recommend protective measures
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in risk management, with substantial focus on the real estate sector and project risk
- Proven expertise in risk assessment, analysis, and mitigation strategies
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and risk modeling techniques
- Demonstrated experience with risk management software and analytical tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
