We are seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler / Planner to support major infrastructure programs. You will play a key role in schedule development, analysis, and reporting across all project phases.

  • Schedule Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather and align schedule inputs across planning, pre-construction, construction, and commissioning.
  • Project Integration: Work closely with technical advisors, client experts, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless schedule integration.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track, analyse, and report on schedule performance, achievements, and forecasts.
  • Schedule Analysis: Conduct quality checks, critical path analysis, DCMA assessments, and schedule comparisons.
  • Risk & Performance Analysis: Perform schedule risk assessments, Earned Value Management (EVM), and Schedule Performance Index (SPI) monitoring.
  • Forensic & Delay Analysis: Lead forensic reviews and delay analysis to support claims and project reviews.
  • Dashboard Reporting: Present complex schedule data in clear, visual formats using dashboards and summary reports.

We’re looking for a driven and collaborative professional with a strong technical foundation and excellent communication skills.

  • Industry Experience: Proven background as a Senior Scheduler, Planner, or Schedule Manager in infrastructure (rail, utilities, aviation, civil, ports, transport or defence).
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced Primavera P6 skills essential; experience with Safran, Acumen Fuse, or Primavera Risk is highly desirable.
  • Data Visualisation: Power BI experience is an advantage for reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Client-Side Experience: Exposure to both consultancy and contractor environments is beneficial.
  • Security Clearance: Eligibility to apply for Baseline Defence Clearance is advantageous.
