- Manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface.
- Develop working relationships, solve problems, and drive projects to successful completion.
- Manage the design process to meet client requirements and expectations.
- Review project plans, specifications, and identify potential construction problems.
- Oversee project timelines, risks, and reporting.
- Manage project budgets and advise on options to keep budgets on track.
- Handle the change control process and monitor project finances.
- Facilitate the flow of project information between the team and the client through regular meetings and communications.
- Engage in marketing and business development initiatives.
- A recognised degree in a technical field or Project Management.
- Health experience is ideal.
- Ambitious and outcome-driven.
- Advanced Microsoft skills are essential; scheduling skills are highly regarded.
- Excellent written and spoken English with report and bid writing skills.
- Ability to take direction when required but also to work autonomously.
- Highly motivated and passionate about delivering to clients.
