Executive - Pre Sales
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele/Pre Sales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, and driving sales growth through phone (Outbound Calling) interactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and sales skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers and track progress through our CRM system.
- Conduct phone sales calls to prospective customers to understand their needs and present our products or services.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential customers to demonstrate our products or services and build relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify new sales opportunities and upsell or cross-sell our products or services.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with other sales team members to share best practices, provide support, and achieve team goals.
- Communicate sales progress and results to the sales manager and other stakeholders.
- Accurately enter and update customer information, sales interactions, and sales data into our CRM system.
- Use CRM data to analyze sales performance, identify trends, and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
- Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with CRM software
