Job Overview

Turuq Innovations is looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Blue Collar recruitment and be capable of sourcing, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates for both operational and corporate positions.

This role requires strong sourcing skills, excellent follow-up, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies while maintaining organized recruitment pipelines and meeting hiring deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for Blue Collar and White Collar positions, with a primary focus on Blue Collar hiring.

• Source candidates through Different channels.

• Screen CVs and applications, conduct initial interviews.

• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future manpower needs.

• Prepare clear and effective Job Descriptions based on approved manpower requirements.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify suitable candidates and new sourcing channels.

• Maintain accurate candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.

• Monitor recruitment progress against agreed timelines and hiring targets.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional communication and timely follow-up.

• Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

• Mandatory: Hands-on experience recruiting Blue Collar workers, such as warehouse workers and other operational staff.

• Experience managing high-volume recruitment or urgent manpower requirements is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate screening methods.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.

• Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.

• Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and recruitment tracking tools.

• Proactive, target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Construction, or Retail.

• Experience building candidate databases and talent pipelines from scratch.

• Exposure to White Collar recruitment and other HR functions.
