Required competences:

• knowledge of typical business processes and their metrics in sales, production, finance, HR etc in companies from the real sector of economy

• ability to design and visualise business processes in BPMN transcription

• understanding of representation of business processes in IT systems: data models, automations (triggers, batches), API; ability to present a process like that him/herself

• ability to prototype user interfaces and create mockups of screen layouts

• experience of collecting business requirements from business stakeholders, and interpreting them for technical teams

• experience of writing technical specifications and documentation

• proven participation in a serious business automation project

• full English proficiency

• passion to his/her job

• proven desire to learn.

Expected functions:

• learning Salesforce domain from business consulting perspective - to acquire Cloud consulting certificates

• communication with business stakeholders to clarify business requirements of Salesforce projects, structure and note them down, prepare them for technical estimation

• creation of technical specifications: documenting the business flows, data models and relations between data entities, description of automations, API interaction

• prototyping UI screens and forms

• defending the prepared business solutions in front of customer committees

• writing user manuals for IT products and solutions

• a lot of self development.

You’re doing your work great if:

• you can go to a meeting with the customer (business stakeholder), ask the proper questions to understand their business challenge, work out a solution how to automate it on a high level (data model + automations + UI mockups), visualise the solution for the customer, and explain/defend it to get approval. All by yourself or with minimal distractions of your colleagues.

• you’re able to understand the full picture of an IT system - its connection to business (inputs, outputs, impact) and internal dependencies of its logical components (present and future) - to provide effective recommendations for business stakeholders.
