Sales Hunter - New Logo experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking an aggressive, results-driven Sales Hunter to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across Atlanta, Georgia and Florida. This is a true hunter role, focused primarily on identifying net-new clients, building relationships with decision-makers, generating IT staffing opportunities, and closing new accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target net-new clients across Atlanta, GA and Florida.
• Develop and execute territory strategies to generate new business.
• Prospect through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, VPs, Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition, HR, Procurement, MSP/VMS contacts, and other decision-makers.
• Identify companies with active or upcoming technology hiring needs.
• Work closely with recruiting and delivery teams to fulfill newly acquired requirements.
• Develop long-term relationships with newly acquired clients and expand business within those accounts.
• Navigate MSP/VMS programs and enterprise procurement processes.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, opportunities, and account information in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new-logo, revenue, and gross-margin targets.
• Attend client meetings, networking events, conferences, and industry events throughout the Southeast as required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales within Technology Staffing / Professional Services.
• Proven track record of opening net-new client accounts.
• Strong experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Existing network of contacts within Atlanta, GA and/or Florida is highly preferred.
• Experience selling staffing solutions to mid-market and enterprise organizations.
• Experience working with MSP/VMS programs is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and closing skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, CRM platforms, and other sales prospecting tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory with minimal supervision.
