About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Resident Engineer - HPE Aruba ClearPass to provide onsite Level 3 technical support, operational management, and maintenance of Aruba ClearPass solutions within a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in network access control (NAC), authentication technologies, Aruba networking solutions, and enterprise network operations.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field

5+ years of experience in Network Engineering, Network Security, or Aruba Networking environments

Hands-on experience with:

HPE Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager

Aruba Wireless, Controllers, and Switching

RADIUS, TACACS+, 802.1X Authentication

Active Directory, LDAP, SSO Integration

Network Access Control (NAC)

LAN/WAN/WLAN Technologies

Aruba Central and AirWave (preferred)

Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills

Experience supporting enterprise-scale network environments

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Aruba certifications such as ACCP, ACCX, ACMP, or equivalent are highly preferred.
