Senior Full Stack Developer (NodeJS / ReactJS / AWS) - Lead Developer

Role Summary

The business team is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer / Lead Developer with more than 7-8 years of experience in full stack application development. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in NodeJS, ReactJS and AWS, along with proven experience in daily client fronting, requirement gathering, independent client handling, solution design and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical lead and primary point of contact for client-facing technical discussions.
• Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Independently handle client discussions, requirement clarification and technical solutioning.
• Align and communicate effectively across Backend, Frontend, Design and Product Development teams to ensure successful sprint delivery.
• Develop and contribute to solutioning and product design, ensuring technical feasibility and scalability.
• Plan and execute frontend-related development initiatives using ReactJS.
• Design, implement and maintain scalable backend systems using NodeJS.
• Design and develop cloud-based solutions using AWS services.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical planning, estimation and implementation.
• Review code, troubleshoot complex issues and provide technical guidance to other developers.
• Ensure development activities follow engineering best practices, coding standards and sprint commitments.

Candidate Profile

• More than 7-8 years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in NodeJS and ReactJS-based full stack development.
• Strong practical experience working with AWS, especially Lambda, DynamoDB and Cognito.
• Proven ability to work directly with clients and independently manage technical discussions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and solution-design capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading technical discussions and coordinating with cross-functional engineering teams.
