As a Lead Software Engineer within the Channel and Data AI team, you will drive the design, development, and support of innovative web and mobile solutions. Working with modern architecture, APIs, analytics platforms, and AI technologies, you will collaborate across teams to deliver scalable digital experiences that enhance customer engagement and drive business value.
- Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of scalable web and mobile applications using modern architectures, APIs, and cloud-native technologies.
- Drive technical solutioning, architecture design, and implementation of microservices, micro frontend, and event-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, manage dependencies, and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and champion engineering best practices, including test-driven development, code quality, and application security.
- Support application lifecycle management, including releases, app store deployments, third-party integrations, and ongoing enhancements.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and promote the adoption of emerging technologies, including GenAI, to improve productivity and innovation.
- Manage technical risks, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide Level 3 support to ensure application stability and performance.
- Partner with stakeholders across technology, security, compliance, and business teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient digital solutions.
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
We are looking for people who
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in web and mobile application development
- Strong technical expertise in React Native, React.js, Next.js, Spring Boot, and modern application architecture.
- Experience with Agile/DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise-scale application delivery.
- Passion for emerging technologies, including AI/GenAI, with a continuous learning mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities.
