As Office Management Support, you'll work hand-in-hand with our Facility Manager, taking ownership of the day-to-day details that keep our offices and technical spaces running smoothly.
Your roadmap to make an impact
Keep the office running: manage day-to-day office operations and vendor coordination
Own supplies and inventory: track stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory for office and kitchen supplies
Support the front-of-house experience: greet visitors, manage deliveries, and handle incoming mails
Support meeting and event logistics: follow up room bookings for onsite meetings, setup/teardown for internal meetings
Coordinate with facilities and IT: flag issues, liaise with building management, support on boarding logistics (new joiners merch) for new hires
Maintain a professional, welcoming environment: ensure common areas, kitchen, and meeting rooms are stocked and presentable
Requirements
1 year prior office or admin experience is required
Part-time basis: flexible scheduling possible, though a consistent weekly schedule is preferred (exact hours to be agreed per contract)
Strong organizational skills and reliability
Comfortable juggling multiple small tasks in a fast-paced environment
You have a proactive & hands-on attitude
Fluent German and working proficiency in English
