Job Description

The Talent Attraction Project Manager at U.S. Bank will support successful talent attraction outcomes by partnering with Global Enterprise Recruiting, HR Business Partners, business leaders and cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies, initiatives and programs that establish U.S. Bank as an employer of choice.

This role plays a central part in activating the employer value proposition (EVP), ensuring core brand messages resonate with the local talent landscape while maintaining consistency with the enterprise employer brand strategy. This individual will support initiatives across employer branding, recruitment marketing, early careers and employee recognition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ideate, support and operationalize talent attraction and recruitment marketing strategies for the enterprise aligned to our workforce strategy and employer brand.
  • Align the candidate journey and roadmap to the employer brand strategy; support and optimize brand touchpoints and brand experiences for internal and external talent.
  • Collaborate and partner with U.S. Bank’s internal marketing and design teams, external vendor partners and recruiting leaders to drive the effectiveness of integrated recruitment marketing and employer brand strategies.
  • Evolve dynamic, candidate-centric outreach campaigns that showcase the U.S. Bank brand through multiple channels.
  • Coordinate Early Careers hiring operations, including intake planning, requisition uploads, system administration and cross-functional collaboration to support efficient execution of intern and full-time recruiting programs.
  • Support tactics that engage active and passive job seekers using new and existing channels, generate positive brand awareness, build candidate pools and pipeline future talent.
  • Manage the employee referral program, including process enhancement and employee engagement campaigns.
  • Project manage and facilitate enhancements to enterprise recognition programs, partnering across teams to deliver recognition initiatives on time; develop and document operational processes and tools; and provide program support, including award review, budget management and employee communications.
  • Act as a talent attraction liaison and employer brand expert with internal partners such as Communications, Marketing, Legal, Reputation Management and Business Resource Groups; leverage relationships to test and learn new ways to engage with internal and external candidates.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Five or more years of related experience in employer branding, talent marketing, recruitment, HR communications or program management, with a proven track record of delivering results.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Demonstrated success delivering program implementations and process improvements with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience designing employee recognition programs that drive engagement and retention.
  • Proven success influencing cross-functionally and building collaborative partnerships across the organization.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience tracking and interpreting hiring, engagement and brand metrics to drive decisions.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the capacity to pivot quickly while managing multiple projects in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
  • Innovative, resourceful and solutions-oriented; actively seeks opportunities to continuously improve programs and the candidate experience.
  • Understanding of social media and talent channels, including LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and team-building skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Location Expectations: This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $75,820.00 - $89,200.00
