工作內容

主要工作職責

1. 負責電子產品結構與熱流之 CAE 模擬分析，於研發階段早期評估設計可行性並優化結構設計

2. 針對產品測試發生的結構失效或熱問題進行故障分析

3. 建立並持續優化 CAE 模擬分析流程與自動化網格/求解腳本，提升團隊模擬預測之精準度與效率

主要工作內容

1. 協助開發自動網格前處理

2. 執行電子產品之跌落、衝擊、振動、散熱及噪音等結構與多物理場模擬分析（FEA / CFD）

3. 與機構工程師（ME）協同合作，根據 CAE 模擬結果提出結構強化與輕量化建議

4. 進行模擬與實測數據（DOE/實驗對比）之比對與校正，建立材料庫與精準分析模組

5. 撰寫CAE分析報告，並用英文跟客戶做簡報

條件要求

1. 碩士機械、航太、土木、應力、動機相關科系畢

2. TOEIC 600+

3. 善用 AI 工具，提升工作效率。

4. 具備強烈的學習動機，樂於學習新知與新技術。

5. 熟悉材料力學、結構應力分析及熱傳導等相關理論。

6. 具備 Python、Tcl/Tk 等程式語言基礎，能撰寫自動化腳本。
